Where are you located?


We are located just outside Trondheim, Norway. Our first event will be held in a venue in Trondheim.



Will you host events in other countries than Norway?


As Norway have very few venues suitable for our events, we are open to hosting events in venues in other countries as well in the future.



Is there an age limit to your events?


Our events are 18+, so all guests must be at least 18 years old by the day of the event.



Do you serve alcohol at your events?


No, our events are alcohol and drug-free. This is to ensure the historical venues are treated with respect, and that the events feels safe for everyone attending.  Bringing alcohol or drugs to our events are not allowed. Intoxicated guests will be denied entry to the venue.



Can I attend your events from outside of Norway?


Yes, we would love for you to visit from outside of Norway! Our events will be held in the city centre, with many great hotels around. If you're nervous of traveling to a new country, don't worry, you're not alone. Connect and get support from others traveling on the event's group chat.



Can I attend the event alone?


Of course you can! We aspire for our events to be social and including. You're sure to meet others who loves fantasy as much as you do. You can get to know other attendees before the event on the event's group chat.



Refunds


We do not offer refunds.

If you are not able to attend the event, and are reselling your ticket,

make sure to contact us and provide the new ticket holder's info,

as we need to make sure we have all the correct guest info.



Dancing


Our event's main attraction is dancing. Experience is not necessary, as we will provide professional dancers at the event that, if you wish, will invite you to the dance floor.



Food & Drinks


Food, Soft Drinks and Water will be included in your ticket. Please contact us if you have any specific allergies we should take into account.

 Check out the specific event for information about which type of food and drinks that will be served.



Attire


Formal attire. Our events are theme based, so you can dress inspired by your favorite character, put on your finest gown or suit, or dust off the armor in your attic. We wish for guests to follow the theme when choosing outfits for our events, especially when it comes to style, colors and time period of the theme. Check out our pinterest board for inspiration for outfits. The more magical, the better!



Photography


Professional photographers will be at the event to capture the magic. You are welcome to approach any available photographer at the event and ask them to take photos of you. You will have free access to the photos online after the event. Professional photographs with cast will have to be purchased.



Volunteering


If you wish to volunteer at our events, send us an email where you tell us a little about yourself, and what you can help with.



Wheelchair Access and Epilepsy


Wheelchair access will be based on the venue, but we aim to make our events something for everyone. More info on this on the specific event. There will be no blinking lights or strobe lights at our events.



Copyright


Our events are inspired by fantasy books, films and tv shows, but they are not affiliated in any way with the copyright holders.



Weapons


Real weapons are not allowed at our events, and bags will be checked by security at entrance. Exceptions are props made of foam, plastic, 3D printed etc. More information on this on the event's site.



Acceptable Behaviour


We expect all our guests to treat other guests, cast and crew, and the venue with respect and kindness. We want everyone at these events to feel safe and allowed to be themselves with no judgements. Remember, everyone's there for a common reason, to celebrate something they love.
